Annual Election of the HOA Board of Directors and Annual HOA Meeting

The Stone Wood Crossing HOA is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of 5 members elected annually by the homeowners.  Serving on the Board is a great way to get involved, engage with other homeowners and help improve our neighborhood. 

 

Any HOA member who is interested in serving on the Board of Directors for the 2021-2022 term should submit a letter declaring your intent to seek a position on the Board.  Letters should be submitted via email to board@stonewoodcrossing.com or via US mail to Stonewood Crossing HOA, PO Box 3122, Broken Arrow OK 74013-3122.  Letters must be submitted/postmarked on or before June 4, 2021

 

Per our by-laws, if more than five members submit letters of intent, an election will be held to determine which five who will serve.  If five or less members submit letters of intent, those members will be elected by acclamation and no election will be necessary. 

 

SAVE THE DATE:  The annual meeting of the Stone Wood Crossing HOA will be held on Thursday, June 10 at 7pm.

The Board attempted to book multiple venues for an in-person meeting this year.  However, due to COVID-19 capacity restrictions, our annual meeting will be virtual again this year.  We know there were technical issues with last year’s meeting and will utilize different technology services this year so our members can attend and participate without all the difficulties.  We will provide a link to attend the meeting via email and our Facebook page 1-2 days prior to the meeting.
