In a Special Meeting on April 28, 2022 the Board of Directors voted unanimously to amend Article V, Section 1, Subsection D of the bylaws. This amendment would make any Member involved in legal issues with the Association ineligible to be a candidate for the Board of Directors. The amended bylaws can be viewed on the Association website under the Resources tab.
