There were no candidates declared for the 2019 Board of Directors election. Per the Bylaws, when there aren't enough candidates to fill open seats on the Board, existing Directors may volunteer to serve another term. All five members of the Board of Directors have agreed to continue serving. Therefore, there will be no election and no ballots will be mailed out this year.
Also per the Bylaws, the Board of Directors held a vote to determine which Directors would serve in the officer positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer for the new term. The Directors voted to continue with the Directors serving in the same officer roles they previously held.
