Effective September 1, 2018 the Board of Directors terminated our relationship with Patriot Management, the property management company that had been contracted to manage maintenance of common areas and provide accounting and other services for the HOA.  The Board will continue utilizing many of the maintenance service providers that Patriot used.  While we may elect to subcontract some of the services Patriot provided, at this time our intention is to keep the billing, accounting and day-to-day management of the business affairs of the HOA with the Board of Directors. 

We are in the process of transitioning the HOA’s records from Patriot back to the Board.  It will take some time and effort to get everything transitioned and fully accessible to the Board.  So please be patient as we make this transition and understand some information may be slower to come.   

All payments for annual dues or fees should be mailed to: Stone Wood Crossing HOA, PO Box 3122, Broken Arrow OK 74013-3122.  

All questions and correspondence regarding the HOA should be directed to the Board of Directors.
